LMIF (Limited Maturity Income Fund) Account
The Foundation manages this low-risk, short-term, investment fund for churches across the Diocese. This fund is invested primarily in publicly traded securities and mutual funds that focus on fixed income investments. The fund aims to produce a long-term, total return equal to or exceeding the Lehman Brother's one to three year Government Bond Index on a risk-adjusted basis, and a minimum total return that exceeds the rate of inflation by one percentage point.

The Foundation manages a bond fund providing a mid-risk, pooled investment fund option for long-term investing, while providing current income. The funds are invested primarily in either publicly traded fixed income securities (bonds) and mutual funds that focus on fixed income investments.

Equity Fund
The Foundation manages an equity fund providing a higher-risk, pooled investment fund option for long-term investing. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital with income as a secondary consideration. The funds are invested primarily in either publicly traded equity securities or mutual funds that focus on equity investments
